D Replied on February 17, I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Intel chipset drivers and Intel Matrix Storage Manager. Sorry this didn’t help. Did this solve your problem? If you’re prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. Is there maybe a bug in the drivers I am getting from Gateway? I followed your advice and uninstalled, downloaded the drivers from Gateway, and reinstalled the Intel Management Engine Components and the Intel Matrix Storage Manager. I also contacted Gateway lns support and they basically told me to do a recovery.
