I have exactly the same issue, I installed kernel-devel sudo dnf install kernel-devel RPM reported as “Not a valid File”! We’re digging deeper into this and how Linux actually works that I’ve ever gone before. After following the fedoa given here in a previous answer as well as the instructions from this blog postthe situation is still the same.
