Just plug almost any printer in and it just works!!!! So the keys had to be deleted or a system restore to a point where the reg keys never existed. If so, you will get exactly the behaviour that you are talking about here.

Anyway, have you tried adjusting those? Ask a question and give support. If you did, then you will get the behaviour that you are describing here. No driver, no 02iii, they just plugin and auto configure and in a few second just work! If you don’t reboot you will still have the old wrong unedited registry in memory despite your edits to the registry on the HDD.
