Description : Surah Fatihah is read in each and every salah and contained within is the following dua “Guide us to the path of those whom you have favoured and not on the path of those upon whom Allah’s wrath descended nor those who went astray”. The categories of the people referred to is discussed as well highlighting the dangers of imitating them. The noble prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions رضى الله عنهم went to great lengths to oppose the practices and ways of the disbeliever’s but Muslims continue to imitate the culture, fashion and trends of the disbeliever’s, is it simply to impress them?
