59.9 . Those who entered the city and the faith before them love these who flee unto them for refuge , and find in their breasts no need for that which hath been given them , but prefer ( the fugitives ) above themselves though poverty become their lot . And whoso is saved from his own avarice such are they who are successful .
Description : This inspirational talk outlines the importance of remaining moderate and maintaining a balance with regards to excessive hope in Allah سبحانه و تعالى and absolute despair of His mercy and assistance. The oppression perpetrated upon parts of the Muslim ummah today have led some to despair as a result of their weakness of faith. Ironically, others have attached excessive hope in Allah's سبحانه و تعالى mercy, despite their persistent transgression. Both these extremes are the famous traps of shaytaan.
